| This can happen for a variety of reasons. Before contacting our support department we would like you to make sure that the problem is not at the senders side. As we deal with thousands of E-mails every day, we would be grateful if you would check this yourself first. Please check your spambox. Sometimes the subject or the content of the body can be a reason for marking E-mail as Spam. The sender might be blacklisted as a spammer, if so, you need to contact that person/company. We cannot help with this, as we are not the IP holder. We recommend the following URLs to check if the sender is blacklisted. SORBS, The Spam and Open Relay Blocking System. Whois, Domain Tools supports many other types of searches besides whois records. Spamhaus, Spamhaus tracks the Internet\'s Spammers, Spam Gangs and Spam Services. MXtoolbox, checks a mail server IP address against 147 DNS based email blacklists. Another option is to add the sender to your whitelist if you are using Boxtrapper. This can help if the senders IP is not blacklisted. The sender should have also a reverse DNS for their mailserver. Furthermore, we use callouts to verify the existence of E-mail senders. Basically, our mail server will connect to the mail exchanger for a given address to make sure it exists before accepting mail from it. Check if their domain and E-mail server works fine at following url: DNS Report. If you have checked all these options and still need help you need to contact their administrator and tell them about your problem. Give them the screen dumps of your result. Alternatively, you can submit a ticket in our support system, please send us your complete findings and screen dumps. |
